Pace of Recession Slowing In Raleigh NC

In a Brookings Institute review of economic activity in the top 100 metro areas over the past quarter, Raleigh performed in the top 40%, outpacing other North Carolina cities Charlotte and Greensboro. Unfortunately, the economic picture still showed a decline, just at a slower rate than in previous quarters.
