Triangle AMA’s September luncheon: Converting Prospects to Customers Through Online Marketing
-
September 24, 2009 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Briar Creek Country Club
How can marketers maximize customer acquisition under tight budgets? In a slumping economy more organizations are shifting efforts to generate immediate, measurable impacts for their limited dollars – which means more emphasis in online marketing. Getting people to respond to online marketing tactics is equal parts art and science – with a heavy dose of testing to continually improve results. See real world case studies for The Wall Street Journal, XM Radio, AARP, and Chase Bank among other companies.
Brooks Bell, Founder and President of Brooks Bell Interactive, presents how marketers in diverse organizations succeeded in driving customer acquisition with online marketing campaigns. Attendees will learn about:
•The formula for successful online customer acquisition across multiple organizations across industries, associations or non-profits
•The nuances of creative design for online direct response
•The four questions that must be answered to get your target prospects to respond
•How to set up a plan for continuous testing to optimize response
Brooks leads a team of expert online marketers to develop conversion strategies, creative solutions, and test plans for national clients. She is a graduate of Duke University with a degree in Psychology. Prior to founding Brooks Bell Interactive in 2003, she was a Co-founder and Creative Director at novelProjects, a web design and development firm based in Raleigh, NC. Brooks has recently conducted seminars at the MarketingSherpa Email Summit in Miami in March and DMDays in New York in June and will be moderating at eMetrics in Washington, DC in October. Brooks has spoken at the Internet Summit in Chapel Hill, HOW Magazine’s “Mind Your Own Business” for agency principals, and at Duke University Entrepreneurship classes for several years as well as being published in iMedia Connection, Tech Journal South and Duke Magazine. Brooks was also a recipient of a 2009 Triangle Business Journal Women In Business Award.
